What is CREAM?
Connecting the evidence behind food quality.
Today, information about food quality is fragmented across laboratories, certifications, traceability systems, producer data and supply-chain records.
CREAM is being developed to bring these elements into a coherent, product-level quality architecture — helping professional actors and, ultimately, consumers understand what quality a product represents, what evidence supports it, and how that conclusion was reached.

Ultimately, CREAM is being developed so that consumers can receive credible, accurate and understandable information about the real quality of food products — and the evidence behind it.
